2008 is upon us.I want to thank all of you that make it part of your day to visit "The Skateboarder's Journal". So how did I start off the New Year? My son Dylan and I hit the new bike path along the bay here in Morro Bay, I did the pumping/pushing thing, while he cruised along practicing his footwork and tricks on his Loaded Vanguard setup with the new Tracker Fastrack and Seismic Cambria wheels. I count myself as very lucky to be able to skate with my son. It's hard to believe that it been almost forty-four years since I first stepped on that steel-wheeled wonder my father built for me in 1964. Thanks, Dad!
