McRad's Chuck Treece Juggles Family and Band

Chuck Treece has three loves: music, skateboarding and his children. The veteran punk rocker, who has been part of the East Coast scene for a quarter century, has found a way to center his life around all that is important to him.

Treece, a former professional skateboarder who used to perform demos at Six Flags Great Adventure in Jackson, continues to lead McRad. His Philadelphia-based punk band will perform Wednesday at Asbury Lanes.

Whenever Treece, 43, is off the road, he skates and jams with his four children, who range in age from 5 to 12. Read more here.
